Fun place to eat, I can see why it's popular. I loved the food. Good filtered water. Being a tourist I noticed the different class seating and getting charged for water. A small price but a shock to me being from a small town. My only reason for a 4 star. To me a paying customer is a paying customer, no class needed. But that's how it is where I'm from.

Food was good but the service and way the restaurant was run was appalling. All the workers were trying to do 15 different things and there was no dedicated personnel to the different tasks of a restaurant. People were suppose to be sat by the staff but were seating themselves ahead of other parties. We waited for 30 minutes to be sat and had to ask about our table again and were told to sit at a table that the hostess pointed at. I then had to ask for a high chair 6 times between 3 different people. It took 15 minutes to order our food because no one came to our table. When we finally got to order, our food came over the next 45 minutes. It appeared that the cook staff was waiting for several same item dishes to come through before preparing them. The final straw for us came when we had finished all but our main dish: a $15 duck special. My kids and husband had to walk out of the restaurant with our youngest kids because they could no longer sit calmly after being in there for almost 2 hours. I had to pressure the staff to bring our duck so that I could take it to go. The duck appeared at our table at the same time as 3 other tables duck orders appeared. I made the staff pack it up and give me my check. It is now sitting in my hotel room cold. Only reason I give this two stars is because the food we did get was good.

I don't know if it's the best dim sum in Seattle, but it's my favorite. I've been coming here for years, and I'm thrilled that they have maintained the same type of quality from when I started coming to now. Still very reasonably priced, there were four of us and we more than filled our table with plates and it came to around $80 after tip. Some of the best dishes, include anything with shrimp, the taro, and the pork buns. Definitely recommend

This place is amazing! Best dim sum I've had in years. Service is fast and items are reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back.

Great dim sum food. Wait was surprisingly fast for 6 people in the middle of a Saturday lunch (about 10ish minutes). Bill came to about $17 after tax and tips, and it was for a lot of food. Old school dim sum cart style. Will come again.
